Return & Refund Policy
We always want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions. Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement/exchange within 7 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition. For food safety reasons, products are not eligible for physical return, but refunds may apply when a valid request is submitted within the timeframes listed below.
At this time, returns can only be processed for the entire order - individual items within an order are not eligible for return.
1. Perishable Products (fresh food)
These products are not eligible for return but may be eligible for refund if a request is made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is a concern with the product, please provide photos and a short description of the issue and contact us at supports@veefood.us.
2. Temperature-Controlled Products (frozen & refrigerated)
These products are not eligible for return but may be eligible for refund if a request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos or video evidence to support your claim.
3. Shelf-Stable Products (dry & packaged goods)
These products are not eligible for return but may be eligible for refund if a request is made within 14 days of delivery. Photos and a brief description of the concern will help us process your request quickly.
4. Refunds
When you request a return, your refund amount and refund method may vary depending on the condition and type of product. In some cases, refunds will be issued without requiring product return. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Refund timelines are typically 5–10 business days after we receive and process your return, with an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed at our fulfillment center. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return & refund under the conditions above.
6. Return & Refund Abuse Policy
We are committed to ensuring fairness for all customers. Accounts showing excessive or suspicious return and refund activity may be reviewed. If abuse is detected, we may require returns for verification, limit eligibility, or suspend the account.
7. Additional Notes
For any return or refund request, we may require additional information or documentation (such as photos or video) to process your claim. We also reserve the right to take actions to prevent fraud or abuse, including denial of returns or refunds. Veefood may update or modify this policy at any time.
