These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of veefood.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through the Site, operated by CT Invest Holding, a company registered in the State of Texas, United States, located at 2003 Polk St, Houston, TX 77003 ("Veefood," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However, actual packaging, weight, and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown, and we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale, wholesale, or bulk-arbitrage purposes on the retail Site. Approved wholesale and distribution partners should place bulk orders through our dedicated B2B channel — please contact us at supports@veefood.us to set up a wholesale account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Because many of our products are perishable, frozen, or temperature-sensitive, please ensure someone is available to receive your order promptly. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

To confirm accurate delivery, our delivery partners may take a photo of the package at the delivery location as proof of delivery. This photo is stored solely within our systems for delivery-confirmation purposes and is not shared or used for any other purpose.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before completing your purchase.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to

●       Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining tools) to access, copy, or extract product listings, pricing, or other content from the Site;

●       Systematically collect or compile Site content to build a competing product catalog, price list, or directory;

●       Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

●       Attempt to interfere with, disable, or circumvent the security or proper functioning of the Site;

●       Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

●       Resell products purchased through the retail Site without our prior written consent or an approved wholesale account.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEEFOOD AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Veefood and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

You and Veefood agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. Please send written notice of your claim to supports@veefood.us or by mail to 2003 Polk St, Houston, TX 77003. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may pursue the claim through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Houston, Texas, or in small claims court where applicable. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only; class actions and representative claims are not permitted. This section does not limit either party's right to seek injunctive relief or to bring claims related to intellectual property.

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
